The Craft

108 Steps. Zero Shortcuts.

From material to finished pack, every stage is engineered for protection and brand impact. This is how DulinkPack delivers custom packaging that earns its place on the shelf.

The Process

Four Moments, One Sheet

01

Bark Harvesting

Blue sandalwood bark is cut by hand in late autumn, when the fibre is at its longest and strongest.

02

Steaming & Rinsing

Fibres are steamed over pinewood fires and rinsed in mountain spring water until snow-white.

03

Sheet Forming

A master dips the bamboo screen and lifts each sheet in a single motion — the moment no machine can repeat.

04

Sun Drying

Sheets are brushed onto sun-facing walls and dried slowly by wind and light, never by oven.

05

The Harvest Season

First frost, sharp knives, steady hands. Two weeks in autumn decide the quality of next year's entire crop.

06

The Screen Maker

Behind every sheet stands a screen maker, weaving bamboo so fine that the watermark of the paper is born before the pulp touches it.
